Refund Policy

At Elite Models Dubai, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction with our modeling services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued, the process for requesting refunds, and other important information regarding financial transactions with our agency.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Service Commitment

Elite Models Dubai is committed to providing professional modeling services of the highest quality. We carefully select and prepare our models to meet the specific requirements of each booking and maintain strict professional standards for all assignments.

Our goal is complete client satisfaction, and we work diligently to resolve any issues that may arise during the course of our professional relationship.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Model No-Show: If a confirmed model fails to appear for a scheduled booking without legitimate reason or proper notice
  • Significant Delay: If a model arrives with excessive delay that substantially impacts the planned work schedule (typically more than 1 hour without advance notice)
  • Misrepresentation: If a model's appearance differs substantially from their portfolio in ways not attributable to client-directed styling decisions
  • Professional Misconduct: If a model demonstrates unprofessional behavior that significantly disrupts the client's project
  • Breach of Booking Terms: If Elite Models Dubai fails to fulfill specific contractually agreed services
  • Double Booking: If we are unable to provide the confirmed model due to scheduling errors on our part

Please note that subjective creative differences or client changes in creative direction do not qualify for refunds if the model has fulfilled their professional obligations as specified in the booking confirmation.

3. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue:

  • For on-set issues: Immediately during the booking, allowing us the opportunity to resolve the situation
  • For model no-shows: Within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time
  • For all other refund requests: Within 7 business days of the booking date

Refund requests submitted after these timeframes may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund Request Process:

  1. Contact Your Booking Agent: Notify your assigned booking agent of the issue immediately when it occurs
  2. Document the Situation: Where possible, provide evidence of the issue (photos, videos, communications)
  3. Submit Formal Request: Email a detailed description of the situation to [email protected] including:
    • Booking reference number
    • Date and time of booking
    • Models involved
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Any supporting documentation
  4. Review Process: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and review the circumstances
  5. Resolution: We will provide a decision regarding your refund request within 10 business days of submission

We aim to handle all refund requests fairly and efficiently. Our primary goal is to resolve issues to your satisfaction, which may include offering alternative solutions such as discounts on future bookings, model replacements, or partial refunds depending on the circumstances.

5. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, the following conditions apply:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed
  • Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days but may vary depending on your financial institution
  • Refund amounts may be:
    • Full refund: Entire booking fee returned (typically for complete non-delivery of service)
    • Partial refund: Portion of booking fee returned (typically for partial service delivery or where some value was received)
    • Service credit: Credit toward future bookings (may be offered as an alternative to monetary refunds)
  • Any bank charges or transaction fees associated with the refund process are non-refundable

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

It's important to distinguish between our cancellation policy and refund policy:

  • Cancellations: Apply when a client voluntarily terminates a booking before it occurs
  • Refunds: Apply when there is an issue with service delivery after a booking has been confirmed

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Booking fees for services already rendered satisfactorily
  • Cancellation fees as outlined in our Terms & Conditions
  • Third-party expenses already incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., travel arrangements, accommodation, specific wardrobe purchases)
  • Service fees for additional administrative or coordination services

8. Deposits

For many bookings, Elite Models Dubai requires a deposit to secure the date and the model's services. The refundability of deposits depends on several factors:

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable if the client cancels the booking
  • Deposits may be refundable if Elite Models Dubai cannot fulfill the booking as confirmed
  • Deposit policies for specific projects may vary and will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond their reasonable control (Force Majeure). Such events include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
  • Public health emergencies or pandemics
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Civil unrest or terrorist threats
  • Unexpected transportation disruptions

In such circumstances, we will work with clients to reschedule bookings rather than process refunds when possible. If rescheduling is not feasible, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and amicably. If we cannot reach a mutually agreeable solution, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration as specified in our Terms & Conditions.

Elite Models Dubai reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
